Visual/Audio Image Release Policy
During the Mathing online summer math prep programs, we sometimes take visual/audio images of educational activities involving students, to share the program's positive learning environment and family updates. By which incidentally, some visual/audio images may capture your child's participation, directly or indirectly. These visual/audio images may be published through our website, social media pages, news bulletins, and ads. However, in compliance with FERPA, we never share any personal student identifiers, such as first or last names, nor any educational records. By submitting your student's registration form, you indicate your consent for us to publish anonymized visual/audio images which may involve your child to the said platforms.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is included in the program fee. Cancellations made after June 1 will receive a refund of 50% of the full price of the program, less the $100 nonrefundable deposit. Cancellations made on or after the first day of the summer program will not receive a refund.
